Accomplished professional with 12+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry and more than 8 years in Commercial Real Estate Investments. Successfully completed an academic degree in Accounting at the University of Houston- Main Campus and subsequently obtained Certified Public Accountant license. He has accumulated extensive experience in Senior Management during corporate tenure by overseeing financial reporting for Fixed Assets valued at $1.2 Billion for a Fortune 500. William is an avid advocate for social responsibility and community involvement. Some direct causes include rescuing stray animals and supporting NGOs with a focus on fighting hunger. Fluent in Spanish and English with proficiency in Portuguese. Currently procuring, financing, and managing multimillion-dollar Real Estate projects alongside fellow partners at Sanmore Investments.
